Product, licence, account, Cloud and customer terms for VoxFrame Subtitle Player.
VoxFrame is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42116329. Contact: support@voxframeplayer.com.
VoxFrame Subtitle Player is a Windows 10/11 x64 desktop application. The permanent Player License costs EUR 24.95 once, including applicable VAT where required. Any Cloud price, duration and limit is shown before checkout.
The limited Demo remains installed. A Player purchase upgrades that same installation to Player Pro automatically after confirmed payment. A qualifying Cloud purchase also grants Player Pro and adds the separate time- or usage-limited Cloud entitlement. No separate Pro installer is required.
The binding Stripe checkout button clearly creates an obligation to pay. Confirmation, these pre-contract details, consent evidence and licence information are provided by e-mail or another durable medium.
The licence is personal, non-transferable and subject to the device limit shown in the account. You may need to deactivate an old device after moving computers. Do not share licence keys, private builds or protected download links.
Security, compatibility and maintenance updates may be required. Updates must not silently remove a paid permanent Player entitlement. Cloud expiry or cancellation does not remove Player Pro granted by the qualifying purchase.
Use only media, playlists, subtitles and streams for which you have rights or permission. VoxFrame does not provide DRM circumvention, illegal restream access or rights to third-party content.
OpenSubtitles, Stripe, media codecs and optional AI providers have their own availability and terms. Internet-dependent features can fail or change; local core playback remains subject to system and codec compatibility.
Cloud is not unlimited unless explicitly stated. Quotas, minutes, credits, concurrency and expiry shown before purchase apply. Abuse, attacks, credential sharing or attempts to bypass quotas may be blocked proportionately.
Keep account and e-mail access secure. Report suspected compromise promptly. Billing subscriptions can be managed through the account and Stripe portal.
Mandatory consumer rights and legal remedies for non-conforming digital content remain intact. Report faults with the app version, exact message and a safe reproducible example. VoxFrame may first offer repair, replacement, update or another remedy required by law.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other loss, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by VoxFrame, subject to mandatory law.

You may stop using the product. VoxFrame may suspend access for material breach, fraud, chargeback or security risk, with restoration where the basis disappears. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory protection of the consumer's country of residence.
