14-day right of withdrawal
For a distance contract, an EEA consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Before immediate delivery, VoxFrame asks for prior express consent to begin during that period and acknowledgement that the right is lost when digital delivery begins.
The exception applies only after those conditions are met and confirmation is supplied on a durable medium. If they are not met, the applicable withdrawal right remains.
Player License
The Player License is a one-time digital purchase of EUR 24.95. After valid consent and the start of digital delivery, there is no voluntary change-of-mind refund. This does not affect statutory remedies where the player is defective, misdescribed or not in conformity.
A full refund or lost payment dispute revokes the related entitlement. If a dispute is resolved for VoxFrame, access that was temporarily restricted may be restored.
Cloud purchases and subscriptions
A one-time Cloud pass follows the same digital-delivery rule. Used credits or minutes are not voluntarily refunded, except where mandatory law requires a remedy.
A recurring Cloud subscription can be cancelled in the VoxFrame account or Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Cloud cancellation does not remove a permanent Player Pro entitlement granted by the qualifying purchase.
How to request help or withdrawal
E-mail support@voxframeplayer.com with the account e-mail, Stripe receipt reference and request. Never send card data or a licence key by e-mail. VoxFrame confirms the outcome and any refund to the original payment method.
Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy.
